Weiss Schwarz Is the Order a Rabbit?? (Part 3 – Rabbit House : In Depth)

Welcome back! Last time we covered useful cards in Rabbit House deck. In this part, we’ll combine those cards into deck and how to play.

Question. Why don’t you do it in the same part?

I’d like to, but it’s going to be way too long and you’ll just get bored (lol).

Let’s look at some deck recipe example

So, what’s the main idea?

This deck focuses on reaching at target cards (have you guys counted how many times did I said that?) via character’s effect and climax trigger icons. With relatively high power and power boosting should give you enough power to reverse opponent’s characters easily. Also with early play healing at level 2 should give some safety at mid-game not to lose too quickly.

Now, let’s look in depth about what you should do in certain stages of the match.

At the beginning (First 1-2 turns)

Since at very first turn you can attack only once, only one character should be placed in Center Stage. Artist Cocoa is a perfect solution that her power starts at 3500 and level 1 (more with Chino or/and Rize at Back Stage) making her very hard to be killed. Another option is “Future Goal” Cocoa since she can either move away from danger, or move against opponent to decrease their soul instead of Direct Attack. However, this option is a little risky since it could backfire by mulligan climax, not only failed to move away but also decreasing damage cancelling (which is not so bad for early-game).
Chino Being Playful works as 500 power boost in defense and should always be placed on stage (since she’s also Brainstormer). “Dignified” Rize and For You! Rize gives permanent 500 power boost on all of your characters. Any of these Rize is fine (both if you don’t mind).

After the first turn passed, Rize, Being Herself will be your major assistance for the rest of the match by preparing your hand for level 1 together with Chino Being Playful. You may consider start playing Chino, Matching Rabbits that she starts at 3500 when comes in play, since Artist Cocoa alone is not enough anymore due to above 2 cards in Stock drops her power back to 2500, Chino, Matching Rabbits could give 1000 power boost so your other character could also reverse opponent’s.

0/6 – Level 1

As game proceeds further, more characters will be in you Waiting Room. These two characters will help you salvage characters from Waiting Room easily. “Present Exchange” Cocoa gives your hand “-0” since you don’t lose your hand to salvage in return of receiving 1 damage. She can also let you salvage characters from Clock at 0/6 since using her ability makes all cards in Clock go to Waiting Room so technically you can.
Cocoa, Very Drunk allows you to discard a climax for a character, solving climax flood problems in your hand.

Leveling Up

After level 0, these 3 characters will mostly be seen in Level.
Artist Cocoa mostly being useful at level 0. When player levels up, she is absolutely not needed for entire game. Chino Being Playful is Brainstormer, so you don’t need too much of her do you?
Chino, Matching Rabbits is quite the same that you don’t need too much of her with comparatively low power unless you want lots of power boost for guaranteed reversing.

Level 1

And it’s time for our first climax combo to shine. “Present Exchange” Chino along with Talking in Sleep allows you to search for early play healing combo at level 2. As a general rule, you should level up before opponent (you should be level 1 while opponent is at level 0 but not too far!) for this combo to work easily. If somehow your opponent levels up first, “Kind Now And Then” Rize will come to assist you to boost Chino so that she could beat opponent (maximum 9000 power along with Rize at Back Stage).
Puppy Cocoa will come as a rare mix-ups when your stock is not enough for early heal combo, nearly invincible at 7500 (8000 with Back Stage Rize) with hand Encore ability.

Level 2

At level 1, these 2 characters will be your main search/salvage target. At level 2, these 2 cards will play big role as healer and defensive wall. Playing Rize early will grants you a lot of advantage not only healing, but also high power with Cocoa’s Assist ability, her power could easily exceed 14k in offense (12k in defense since you must have Chino Brainstormer in order to summon her early). Be careful that this combo waste some amount of stock.

If somehow you don’t have enough stock, don’t worry, it’s not the end of your world. You could always use “Present Exchange” Chino or Puppy Cocoa as a wall since your opponent shouldn’t have too many very high power characters (unless they play Standby trigger or can save a lot of stock for high power characters). If you don’t have any of these options, you could still use suicidal method (although you’ll waste your hand) since battle and damage calculation is separated.

Early play killing

Chino & Cocoa could reverse opponent’s early play character with not too high power since they could go only up to 13.5k power in return of letting them still on stage after battle unlike early play reverser.
Another risky option is “Childhood Friends” Chiya. She could kill opponent’s early play character directly to Waiting Room (actually you want to play Cocoa, Going Together with cheaper cost but cannot due to restriction list), making him/her lose one attack opportunity (although can still use Encore ability). In rare scenario, she could be used as purely suicidal attempt in order to avoid opponent’s reverse ability. (Now you may realized why Chiya should be included lol)

Finishing combo

For this stage at end-game, your finishing combo should already be ready in your hands.
And finally with our infamous finishing combo. Chino & Cocoa, Good to Have Met and Pillow Fight should be in your hand at level 2 so that you could finish your opponent immediately. (which shouldn’t be too hard with character’s effect and Comeback and Gate trigger, and because of that including 3 copies is sufficient) They dealt 1 damage twice with 6000 power boost (could exceed 20k in rare scenarios) making them most useful when you know that opponent’s next damage will cancel (or with high climax ratio) so that you could wipe climaxes out first then follow with 3 damages. Most of the time you’ll play this combo twice in a turn since playing three times waste a lot of hand.

What if you don’t have finishing climax combo?

This is when “Big Sister” Mocha comes in rescue. Although she doesn’t have “Rabbit House” trait, she still could be salvaged by Cocoa’s ability (they could salvage “Bread” characters). Playing this card is somehow tricky since her power is a bit low (despite having combo when reversing opponent’s character) so it needs high player skill to maximize her potential (not too low so damage insufficient, but not too high so damage cancels). Most of the time you’ll deal 2-3 damages due to the fact that you have at least 1 non-Cocoa/Mocha character on stage.

Wait, there are still some characters that you didn’t mention yet

“Usual Pair” Chino searches 1 Blue or “Rabbit House” character from deck. Because she gives your hand -1, unless necessary she is not be used since you have Cocoa for -0 already. However, she could be used as searching for climax combo that could potentially turn game pace in your favor, or to thin deck for faster refresh or higher climax ratio. But obviously, most useful when you have just refreshed.

“Guardian of Roses and Explosives” Rize gives 2500 power Backup preventing opponent to reverse our character. But more importantly, her parry ability could save your day from losing the match (unless you reveal Mocha or Chiya which is only 4%). The best moment to play this card’s Backup is just after damage cancelled.

Chino in a Maid Outfit gives you a chance to refresh deck without receiving refresh damage. Although her effect is good, she is only used once in a while due to lacking stock to do so (mostly consumed with early healing). For that reason, players tend to use Rize counter more often.

And that’s all for now. Hopefully you get some ideas about how to play this deck efficiently (or maybe you want to try something different). You don’t need to follow exactly the same if you find better alternatives. If you guys have any questions or suggestions (or anything), please let us know by leaving comments. In next part we’ll cover Chimame line, one of the most popular line with cute lolis. See ya guys, gotta run from cops (joking).
