Hi! Welcome to part two of this blog series. This time we will talk specifically about Rabbit House line, one of the most popular and effective line in Gochiusa series.
So, what’s the style of this deck?
Rabbit House deck focuses on minimizing chance factor with ability to search target cards (either by card effect or trigger), resulting in strong and stable deck. This deck relies heavily on extra booster pack which the price is very cheap while can get satisfying results in tournaments.

-Gimmicks : 7/10
As the name Rabbit House, there are lots of rabbits right?
Unfortunately, no. Actually there is one rabbit character (Tippy) that have “Rabbit House” trait. But since it is not widely used and have synergy with Chino only, I’m not going to consider it in this article.

Only 1 Tippy card ever in this series.
So, let’s go to combos shall we?
The three legends of Rabbit House

As mentioned in part 1, Chino & Cocoa, Good to Have Met is one of the strongest finishing combo with Pillow Fight. By dealing 1 damage twice to catch opponent’s climax off the deck before true damage will be dealt. And by using climax combo grants this card additional 6000 power, it’s not too hard to exceed 20k power, surpassing very high power easily (for example, Great Performance).
To make climax combo easier, Chino & Cocoa, Good to Have Met has a come in play effect that allow player to draw up to 2 cards and discard 1 (although discarding is mandatory).
Because it requires ② and 2 discard per combo, it is very hard to pull off more than twice since you need six cards in your hand. Since this deck have many search/salvage ability, including maximum four copies of this character is optional.
Along with climax Pillow Fight that gives 1k1 on Climax Area and Comeback trigger to salvage a character card from waiting room to hand, making climax combo easier.
Score : 9.5/10

And we get to another infamous climax combo for this series. “Present Exchange” Chino herself is automatically 5500 power with all “Rabbit House” character(s) on stage (even she is the only character on stage unless you want to play non-“Rabbit House” character). With Talking in Sleep in Climax Area, she is granted ability to search up to 1 “Rabbit House” character from deck to hand when battle opponent character is REVERSED.
Talking in Sleep climax also come with 1k1 effect and Gate trigger that allows player to retrieve a climax card from waiting room to hand, making her easier to reverse opponent’s character since her power goes up to 6500.
A huge drawback to this combo is battle opponent character must be REVERSED for this combo to work, meaning that higher power character or ability to move into another slot/area can give real trouble to this combo.

One of the tide-turning combo that makes opponent suffer most of the time. Start with Chino Being Playful as ① self-rest Brainstorm searching “Rabbit House” character(s) up to no. of revealed climax from deck to hand. She gives 500 power at the opponent’s Attack Phase make reversing harder especially in level 0 (of course she can give power to herself at Back Stage).
Coming up next with Cocoa, Get Well Visit grants level 3 characters in front of her 2000 power and another 1000 power when she comes in play.
Having both these characters on stage give chances for “Present Exchange” Rize to early heal and stage control for very high power wall exceeding 11.5k power in defense (excluding Chino’s ability) and 13.5k power in offense.
This combo is very easy to pull off since what you need is Brainstormer (which you should always have unless a very bad luck not drawing it or get beat by Goblin Slayer players). A drawback is requiring 3 stocks to start healing combo so balance between healing loop and finishing combo should be considered. (I love Chino’s face, looking cute and silly which is quite rare)
Score : 9.5/10
With these three main combos as a core of the deck (consuming around half deck) with Comeback/Gate triggers, this deck have an ability to access target card at anytime player wants and power to play climax combo consistently.
Irreplaceable supporters

Rize, Being Herself gives player to filter hand and make refreshing process even faster. Plus comparatively high power for level 0, she served to be one of the most useful supporters in the series. (Author’s favorite card ^^)
Score : 9/10

“Present Exchange” Cocoa comes with ①, top deck damage “Rabbit House” or “Bread” character salvage from waiting room, making her not only useful in this line, but also in Hot Bakery line (which we’ll cover in later episode). Player can use her ability to level up (at X/6) to salvage character from Clock. With 500 additional on any character when attacked make reversing slightly easier.
Score : 8.5/10

Cocoa, Very Drunk helps player deal with too much climax in hand by changing it to “Rabbit House” or “Bread” character from waiting room when comes in play. She also able to break opponent’s defense with level 1 reverser.
Score : 7.5/10

“Guardian of Roses and Explosives” Rize comes with 2/1 2500 Backup with “Rabbit House” character parry when Backup was used, can potentially from receiving damage to cancelling damage.
Score : 6/10

Another counter in this list with Chino in a Maid Outfit, 2/1 2500 Backup. Player can further pay ② after using Backup to refresh deck without receiving refresh damage. This could save your day from low climax ratio.

Other fillers

“Dignified” Rize gives all other “Rabbit House” characters 500 power. She also have an ACTIVE ability to kill one opponent’s level 0 at Center Stage to drop opponent’s defense.
Score : 6.5/10
https://heartofthecards.com/code/cardlist.html?card=WS_GU/W57-032
For You! Rize is similar to “Dignified” Rize with an extension of 500 power increasing not only “Rabbit House” but also “Dear My Sister” characters (excluding herself). She can also give additional 1000 power to any character when triggering climax at Trigger Step. Most people prefer “Dignified” Rize as they already have it from earlier pack. However, this card can give power boost to reverse opponent’s character.
Score : 6.5/10

Rize in the Wood-Framed Town gives one “Rabbit House” character 1500 power when she comes in play. She is ideal for increasing power for reversing opponent’s character. Nowadays this card has been less used since there are alternatives that can boost more power, but this still give high power with high reliability.
Score : 6/10

“Kind Now And Then” Rize gives other “Rabbit House” or “Dear My Sister” character 500 x no. of “Rabbit House” or “Dear My Sister” (excluding herself maximum of 2000 power). She is an alternatives to Rize in the Wood-Framed Town and much widely used in both Rabbit House and Dear My Sister deck. A drawback is full stage is needed to show her true performance.
Score : 7.5/10

Artist Cocoa was designed to counterattack level 0 reverser since she gains 1000 power and 1 level at 2 stock or lower, making her one of the strongest early-game powerhouse as she goes 3500 power and level 1. She is most useful at very first turn of the match, otherwise being used as being in Level.
Score : 8/10
https://heartofthecards.com/code/cardlist.html?card=WS_GU/W44-032
“Rabbit Ear Parka” Cocoa serves as level 0 reverser that can go up to 4500 if climax was revealed. However, due to uncertainty of power boost and there are better alternatives, this card is not so popular compared to Artist Cocoa. Anyway, she can also be used to accelerate refreshing process since she mulligan 2 cards when comes in play.
Score : 7/10
https://heartofthecards.com/code/cardlist.html?card=WS_GU/W44-T15
Chino in the Wood-Framed Town comes with over-standard power of 3500 with a drawback that she cannot Side Attack. Meaning that she is very powerful on early-game with high wall but very weak at late-game because she cannot Side Attack to decrease damage. Same as Artist Cocoa that she will be the primary target for Level. (This card also have autograph’s version which can go up to 13k yen since she’s TD after all)
Score : 6/10

Chino, Matching Rabbits, comes with 3500 power in turn she comes in play and can give additional 1000 power to other Blue or “Rabbit House” character when she attacks, serves as Chino in the Wood-Framed Town alternatives.
Score : 7.5/10
https://heartofthecards.com/code/cardlist.html?card=WS_GU/W57-090
“Usual Pair” Chino comes with Blue or “Rabbit House” character search from deck ability. She also received 500 power buff as older series got 2000 power.
Score : 6/10

“Wonderland” Rize comes with Red or “Dear My Sister” character salvage from waiting room plus 1000 power to other Red or “Dear My Sister” character. She also can shoot herself into Stock when damage dealt by her is cancelled, being an ideal choice for suicidal attack. This card tends to be more useful in Dear My Sister line rather than this line.
Score : 5/10
https://heartofthecards.com/code/cardlist.html?card=WS_GU/WE26-041
Chino, Serious Match on the Board serves as mid-game powerhouse as she goes up to 6500 full stage. In reality, you don’t want to include this so many copies since main target is the climax combo. (Getting “Chino, Big Sister” name is something funny though)
Score : 5.5/10
https://heartofthecards.com/code/cardlist.html?card=WS_GU/W44-076
Chino, Miko-san gives 6500 power with stability unlike Chino, Serious Match on the Board. Her biggest weak point is in the end-game she cannot Frontal Attack most of the time, meaning soul insufficient even with climax. (actually there is a character that Bond to this card, but in practical use, only this card is included)
Score : 5/10

Puppy Cocoa gains 2000 power with three or more other “Rabbit House” characters (newer series you only need two more, got errata already!) and hand Encore ability make her stand still on stage for long time. She is mainly used for stage control with power and against cost 0 troller.

Chino, Some Day gains 3000 when other character with “Cocoa” or “Rize” in name and further gain up to 2000 power when attacks, potentially making her power exceeding 10k offense.

Here’s another trio combo in our list. Start with Rize Being Ladylike with 2/0 4500 power being able to change with Rize, Big Transformation! from waiting room with 7000 power in opponent’s turn, then be able to change back to Rize Being Ladylike again with 2/0 7000 in player’s own turn. Rize Being Ladylike come with climax combo to salvage one character from waiting room, at 7000 power allow player to successfully play climax combo. Liberal Interpretation of Phantom of the Opera comes with Red card stock charge effect and 2 soul trigger. The huge drawback is when player reshuffles resulting in unable to boost back to 7000 power.

Rize, Handmade Plushie comes with 4 other characters early play, climax combo up to 1 draw 1 character salvage from waiting room. Climax It’s a Military Secret gives 2 characters 2k1 with 2 soul trigger. Although it looks good on card text, it is difficult to pull off since you need to have full stage “Rabbit House” or “Dear My Sister”, plus losing net 1 stock is not appreciated since this deck already weak on stock. By the way, it could be used as “Present Exchange” Chino‘s alternatives.

Magical Girl Cocoa and “Power Combined” Chino is a combo that need to be both present on stage. Cocoa gains 2000 power for each Chino on stage and vice versa, and both obtain “Magic” trait on stage. While Cocoa can pay ① to decrease opponent’s character level, Chino can destroy one of opponent’s level 0 character on Center Stage on attack. These can be used as rare mix-ups.
Score : 2.5/10

“Rabbit Ear Parka” Rize can potentially deal 1 guaranteed damage when comes in play, and has last resort of paying ⑥ for dealing 5 damages. Although can be used as mix-ups, it is not recommended for beginners since it consumes a lot of stocks and damage cancelling chance is very high. However, it could be used as extra damage dealer which should give the opponent a surprise.
Score : 6/10

This is the first character that doesn’t share “Rabbit House” trait that made into our list. “Big Sister” Mocha heals into stock when comes in play, and strong finishing combo that deals damage(s) equals to no. of other character(s) with “Cocoa” or “Mocha” in name when battle opponent character become REVERSED. (meaning that it can deal damages in opponent’s turn!) Although it doesn’t share “Rabbit House” trait, it became more popular for having extra finishing combo.

“Childhood Friends” Chiya comes as an alternatives of Cocoa, Going Together for being in restriction list (Read Part 1).
